Ordering Procedure

Please note the following about our ordering procedure:

  • Once you checkout and confirm an order, we get notified of your request
  • You must proceed to pay us by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
  • The order will be confirmed once proof of payment has been e-mailed to sales@riecktron.co.za
  • You will receive e-mails advising your order status, and relevant tracking numbers will be sent to you
  • Please note that shipping times only come into effect once the order is dispatched. There is at least 1 working day before dispatch

Payment Options

Payment can be either via Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) or via Credit Card.
Please note that credit card processing is done trough the South African EvriPay gateway or Payfast depending on the opting you select at checkout.

Since the banks charge a cash deposit fee, we prefer the one of the payment options above. Should you still want to do a cash deposit, please add R40.00 to your order total to cover the bank charges.

Shipping Info

We have a few shipping options available, which all depend on your location and the weight of your package. When checking out, you will get the option of door to door, or counter to counter. Please follow thist link for more information. Shipping and Delivery

Dispatch

Goods will be dispatched within 1-2 working days from the receipt of proof of payment, provided all items are in stock. Upon dispatch, the customer will be notified via email which will include a tracking number to track their package online. Same day shipping is not guaranteed, but in certain cases this is possible and is implemented whenever we are able to

VAT

Riecktron is VAT registered.

Pricing

We try to keep pricing on the site as accurate as possible, but pricing is subject to change. If there is a price increase or decrease you will be notified when receiving your pro-forma invoice from one of our representatives.
