Standard Returns Policy
You may return new, un-opened and unused products within seven (7) days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of the goods. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
We reserve the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you.
Orders for non-stock goods are specially imported and/or manufactured for you, and your acceptance of the quote or invoice means that your order is Non Cancellable and the goods are Non Returnable.
A 10% handling fee may be charged to cover banking costs
Please note that these return guidelines only apply to products purchased on the Website. We cannot accept returns of product purchased elsewhere.
- Please return products with your original invoice within seven (7) days of receipt of your order. You will need to pay for the postage of any items you return. If you are returning faulty, damaged or goods sent incorrectly by us, we will refund your postage costs.
- Please remember, we can only issue you with a refund if the returned product concerned is in a fully unused and re-saleable condition.
- Please make sure that your return package is packed and sealed securely (in the original packaging if possible). Packages must be returned with the freight prepaid. We recommend http://xoc.co.za/
- All returns will be refunded to you via Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) once they are received at our distribution center. Allow up to thirty (30) days for the credit to appear on your statement.
